What Are Our Guests Saying About Our Vancouver, WA Hotel

Very clean and comfortable and great staff. The King size bed was very comfortable and the pullout couch was perfect for the kids. The high ceilings on the 3rd floor made the room seem huge. The breakfast was great making it a great value. The pool was small put very nice! Will definitely stay here next time.

Overall clean hotel with spacious room. Nothing fancy, but reasonable for the price.

Not what I expect of Best Western but met minimal standards

Before staying here, things were pretty rough. No water heater for weeks and constant power outages because of the weather knocking down power lines. Me and my family decided to rent a hotel room here just for a “Reset”. Showers, heat, tv/dinner night, ect. Best choice we ever made. Rooms were freshly cleaned, carpets deep cleaned. They offer a complimentary line of citrus products that were unexpected, but greatly appreciated(citrus based shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and soap for guests). Having a goodnight’s sleep and ready for the day tomorrow, this hotel offered everything we could have asked for and more.
